THIS IS A reissue of the original Matchbox kit of the Cold War-era RAF Handley Page Victor V-bomber, which was first issued in 1984. Revell-Germany took over the Matchbox name, along with most of the tooling in 1991.

SHIPPING FANS HAVE some tasty Revell kits and accessories to look forward to in 2015. Of particular interest to naval modellers, the Revell 1:72 scale U-boat can now be displayed with a new-tool crew, made to the same scale.

2015 LONDON TOY FAIR - REVELL AIRCRAFT KITS

Although now a part of the overall Revell brand within US-based owner Hobbico, Revell Germany still continues to produce its own particular ranges, targeted at the European market. Typical of these is the Panavia Tornado swing-wing strike aircraft, currently in use by three Euro air arms, plus Saudi Arabia.

LONDON TOY FAIR 2015: PICK UP A POCKETBOND MINIATURE

POCKETBOND DISTRIBUTES A WIDE RANGE of both toy and scale model items, so naturally enough, the company concentrated on its toys at the 2015 London Toy Fair. Even so, there were plenty of interesting kits on display.
